How do I know what size I am?

LC Activewear has a Size and Fit Guide on every product page or you can visit the Size Guide section of our website. Our size guides serve as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size. It will provide a reasonable indication of fit but personal preferences (do you prefer a tighter or looser fit) should also be considered when selecting a size.

Please ensure to check sizing carefully as charts may differ between the products. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to us through our contact form or email us at for further help.


How do I look after my LC Activewear Clothing?

LC Activewear high waisted leggings and shorts, are printed using a sublimation process. This method transfers a design to fabric using ink and heat. To help maintain the quality and appearance of your gym leggings please follow these activewear care instructions.


When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders Monday – Friday (except public holidays). Dispatch confirmation is also emailed from customer help. We aim to dispatch orders within 48hrs. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.


How long will it take to receive my order?

For UK orders we use Royal Mail. Therefore please allow 2-5 working days after dispatch for delivery.


How do I change my shipping address?

Please ensure you have entered the correct and full delivery address at checkout. If you have entered an incorrect address please email us at for customer help.


How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been dispatched. A tracking number is attached to this email.

Return/Exchange Information

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It should be noted that our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
