You’ll find out how to make the perfect protein shake and what ingredients you need to have on hand for your next shake! These protein shake recipes are quick and easy to make, and you can use them for your breakfast, snack or even a post-workout meal!

I use a Breville Blend Active Blender. It has a small base which is perfect for a smaller kitchen. A blender can be any type of blender, but it should be powerful enough to crush ice and other hard ingredients. 

Protein shakes can also be made in a shaker bottle if you don’t have a blender. You can substitute ice for more liquid or Greek yogurt. you can buy shaker cups from almost any supermarket or from Amazon

Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Shake
ABC Protein Shake (Almond Milk, Banana & Cinnamon)
Summer Berry Protein Shake

     

    Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Shake

    300ml water or milk (any milk soy, almond etc)

    1 tablespoon peanut butter

    1 scoop chocolate protein powder

    1 teaspoon honey or alternative sweetener

    2 ice cubes

    Add the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth & serve.

     

    ABC Protein Shake (Almond Milk, Banana & Cinnamon)

    250ml unsweetened almond milk

    1 frozen banana

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder

    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    4-6 ice cubes

    Add the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth & serve.

     

    Summer Berry Protein Shake

    100g frozen mixed berries

    1 Scoop vanilla protein powder

    1 teaspoon honey or alternative sweetener

    4-6 ice cubes
